1. Complete Registration:

   • • Download, Fill out the membership registration form Here,

   Scan and Email to info@busiaintergratedsacco.co.ke. Official will go through the form and open and account on membership system.

   • Upon successful registration, you will receive your Membership Code via the communication channel you selected (SMS or email).

2. Access M-Pesa:

   • On your mobile phone, open the M-Pesa menu.

   • Select “Lipa na M-Pesa”.

   •  

3. Select Paybill:

   • Choose “Paybill”.

   •  

4. Enter Business Number:

   • When prompted for the business number, enter 4141025 (the Paybill number for Busia Integrated Sacco Society).

5. Enter Account Number:

   • Enter your Membership Code (sent via SMS or email).

   • After the Membership Code, add the Payment Purpose Code corresponding to the type of payment you’re making.

6. Payment Purpose Codes:

   • REG: For Registration Fee Payments.

   • DEP: For Deposits Payments.

   • SCP: For Share Capital Payments.

   • NOL: For Normal Loan Payments.

   • EML: For Emergency Loan Payments.

   • MOL: For Mobile Loan Payments.

   • SGL: For Self Guarantee Loan Payments.

   • GPL: For Group Loan Payments.

   Example: If your Membership Code is BIS0001 and you’re paying the registration fee, on account, enter: BIS0001REG

7. Enter Payment Amount:

   • Input the amount you wish to pay based on the selected payment purpose.

8. Confirm Payment:

   • Review the details on your screen.

   • Confirm that you’ve entered the correct Paybill number, Membership Code, and Payment Purpose Code.

   • Enter your M-Pesa PIN to complete the transaction.

9. Confirmation:

   • You will receive a confirmation SMS from M-Pesa and Busia Integrated Sacco Society confirming that your payment has been received.
